The Kitchen

The Kitchen where the maids or Mai cooks

Sasuyuma Mai enters the kitchen wearing a large pale brown sweator and denim shorts. He had just gotten back from the library after putting away his mother's diary and changing for the house must have gone through some kind of heat wave. He looked around and sighed, Asahi-chan wasn't in here either. Where did he go? Probably to go stick a bribe, he thinks with a sweatdrop over his head as he takes out one of his mother's cookbooks and starts flipping pages.

Mai leans over a big pot filled with vegetables and meat and the like, it was supposed to be good and healthy and right now he felt as if he needed it as he added a few spices he turned to the maid next to him.
"And what's next?"
The maid reads from the book.
"Stir and then its ready."
Mai nods and begins to stir the contents with a wooden spoon. Asahi enters and sets down the bag to sneak behind Mai and hugs him with a big grin on his face.
"Nee-chan, whats for dinner?!"
Mai jumps and nearly pours over the contents and he looks to his brother with a sullen look.
"Meat and vegtables with spices now let go before you make me spill it."

Ragna entered but forgetting the top of the door banged his forehead against it and he groaned out silently. He shook off the pain and entered shifting his head as he did so, Ragna felt pretty stupid for not ducking his head under the door. That goes to show he was to busy thinking than to be paying attention to his surroundings.

Mai hears a thud and he frowns before turning -which was kinda hard due to his brother's hug but he saw Ragna and he tilts his head.
"Ragna-san...."
He realizes he must have hit himself and sweatdrops.
"Eh? Are you alright?!"
Asahi digs his face in his brother's shoulder, trying not to laugh, knowing fully well what just happened.

Ragna winced at the laughter he had heard from Sasuyuma's brother. "I-I'm fine." Ragna rubbed his head feeling a knot and he growled silently for that was what Claude would say 'Unshowable' Ragna didn't know and he would surely keep it secret from his butler.

Mai hits his brother lightly on the shoulder and he takes the pan off of the stove.
"W-well, I have dinner made, if your hungry?"
Asahi answered, having controlled most of his laughter.
"Starved~"

Ragna closed his eyes taking off his muzzle as he smirked. "Thank you for the offer." He decided to sit in a chair so he doesn't make himself look more of a fool.

Asahi takes a seat as well, finally letting go of his brother and watches Sasuyuma takes the dishes from the maid with a kind smile then begins to put equal food on the plates. He turns around and places the plates in front of Ragna and his brother.
Sasuyuma smiels and claps his hands.
"Enjoy!"
Asahi takes a fork and takes a bite with a small smirk.

Ragna took a napkin and placed it over his lap and taking the fork he placed a small amount of food in his mouth his eyes were closed as he remained silent while eating. The red dot was faintly visiable on his forehead from his stupid action earlier.

Asahi continues to eat deligently and Mai looks to Ragna with a curious look wondering why he was here but he lets that thought drift off as he went to go dig around in the drawers. He comes back and places a bandaid on Ragna's forehead, he smiles at his friend.
"Better?"

Ragna gasped and looked up to his forehead and he smirked nodding while placing his fork down. "Thank you" He looked back to his food and went back to eating.

Mai smiles happily and nods.
"Ai, no problem."
He turns back to the kitchen and begins to clean up, ordering the maid to get the pan out of the way just in case they wanted seconds.
Asahi chuckles slightly as he watched his younger brother then he looked out the window to the sky as he finishes off the last of his food.

Ragna finished his food as he looked between the two. He wasn't sure on what to say between them. Ragna looked carefully downward and then glanced upward.

(Night, Uncle-sama!!)
Mai hums to himself as he wipes down the stove, careful around the hot burner.
The maid places the food in a plate and leaves it on the counter then exits.
Asahi put down his fork and he reached over for the stuffed animals, he pushes the bunny into Sasuyuma's arms.
"Here."
"Er,what's this for?"
"To make you feel better."
"What?"

Ragna looked to the two brothers and he smiled softly. He was glad that their was no harm done between him and Sasuyuma.

Mai nearly collapsed under the stuffed bunny as his brother pushed it into his arms.
"Nee-chan, I got it, I got it!"
Asahi hugs his brother.
"Aw, but you were so gloomy earlier and now you look so cute with the bunny~"
Mai ducks, avoiding his brother's hug.
"Your so embarrassing."
He pouts, hugging the bunny realizing Ragna was watching the whole time.

Ragna winked to Sasuyuma with a large grin on his face.

Mai looks away from Ragna, getting even more embarrassed, a pink tint spreading across his cheeks.
"K-kya, what's wrong with you people?"
Asahi chuckles and hugs his brother one last time before going off to dig around in the fridge.
"Mai-chaaaaan~"
The young ten pouts slightly and he looks to his brother, waiting for his reply.
"Do we have ice cream? Or any desserts?"
Mai sighs and takes a peek inside the fridge, truly wondering if they had anything.

Ragna watched them curiously as he watches Sasuyuma closely.

Sasuyuma backs out of the fridge.
"Hm...Nothing. I thought I had made pudding yesterday..."
Asahi chuckles nervously and rubs the back of his head, glancing around guiltily.
"Heh...Yeah, funny how that sometimes happens..."
Asahi turns to Ragna, wanting to change the topic yet again.
"Er anyway, Ragna-san, how has your day been?"
Sasuyuma looks up and then picks up the bag full of stuff and hands them to a butler who just walked into the room with Chibi. They trade loads and Mai sits on the island, petting Chibi who was sleepy.

Ragna stood up with a amused smile as he walked toward Sasuyuma as he takes a hold of his cheeks and purred out loud. "My day is quite amazing."

Mai blinked and he flinches as his cheeks are Pinched and takes a light shade of pink in the face.
"T-that's good."
He hugs the waking Chibi to him. Asahi frowns slightly as he sees Ragna with his brother and looks around, wondering if he should leave though his brotherly instincts were telling him to stay.

Ragna patted his cheek with a humorous look over his features. "Very cute~"

Sasuyuma pouts as his cheeks were patted and he poked Ragna's nose with a small smile.
"Kawaii~"
Asahi pretends to gag behind his hand.
