Soccer Field

Mai ran in, kicking around a soccer ball then kicks it toward the goal and cheers.
"Yay!"
His little dragon hurrs.

Eiji was pulling his dad along.

"Remember I want pudding."

Hattori frowned silently for he could only take so much stuff in his head.

"I could just make you some."

"No! I want it from the st-"

Eiji saw a soccer field and another boy playing and he runs over his black ears up his tail wagging.

"Hey can I play with you!?!"

Hattori sighed finally getting a breather as he sat in a bench and watched the two silently.

Mai looks to the new people and nods happily, waving the kid signaling him to come over.
"Hai! Two in soccer is better than one, haha!"

Eiji laughed stopped as he looked to the boy for he guessed he was 15 like him.

"I know playing soccer with more people is more fun!"

Hattori remained sitting on the bench as he smoked silently.

Mai nods and tilts his head at the boy, thinking he was slightly different.
"Hai! Want that goal?"
Mai points to the opposite goal across the field as he went to go retrieve the ball.
(Back! Was that thirty min. i'm not sure)

Eiji ran in that direction not at all bothered that his tail is following behind him as he waits for the boy to get the soccer ball.

Hattori happened to bring a small book along as he reads it calmly while a stream of smoke came from his freshly lit cigar.

Mai stares curiously at the tail but shakes it off and grabs the soccer ball and kicked it into the middle of the field.
"Ready?!"

Eiji laughs nodding as he waves his hand in the air, his black ears perked up his black slender tail wagging.

"READY!?!"

Hattori glanced upward and put his small book down watching his son play with his newly made friend. That made him smile lightly.

Mai smiles and waves a hand.
"Then I guess we start!"
He starts to run for the middle, eyes focused on the ball, trying not to laugh thinking how ridiculous he must look.

Eiji being the wild neko he was ran at the boy trying to block his shot.

Hattori looked back to his small book and began reading again with his cigar in his free hand as he flipped one page.

Mai kicked the ball out of the way when the neko came running, a big grin on his face.

Eiji gasped and chased after the ball with his arms in the air.

"Rawr! You did that on purpose!"

Hattori had a blank expression for he figured at times he adopted a special kind of kid.

Mai laughs as he makes his way to the opposite goal.
"Kya? That's the whole point!"
He kicks the ball again, accidently kicking it to far from him.
"Whoops!"
He sweatdrops and tries to run after it.

Eiji kicked the ball in a random direction as he did this he fell on his stomach and he hissed out like a cat.

"Drat...!"

Hattori closed his book and placing it in his back pants pocket he stood up and semi hollered.

"Come on we gotta go!"

Eiji groans with his ears down.

"But father we were having fun!"

Hattori shook his head with his eyes closed, a sudden change of mood perhaps.

Mai -going to fast to slow down- jumps over the neko and lands on the other side of him and looks around for the ball before hearing the man on the bleachers. He hides his pout but dosen't object and he offers a hand to the boy on the ground.
"Ah, I never caught your name? Hehe."

Eiji gasped as he fell and he took the boys hand his expression friendly.

"My name? Eiji Setsuna!"

Hattori shook his head now worried about his son's well-being.

Mai helped him up with a kind smile, trying his bet not to chuckle.
"Heh, pleased to meet you, I'm Sasuyuma Mai."

Eiji waved his hand to his father his expression some what fickle and blank.

"Go on without me!"

Hattori nodded and walked on ahead leaving a stunned Eiji behind.

"Gosh! So, mean!"

Mai chuckles somewhat nervously as Eiji's father really does go away and he pats his new friend shoulder.
"Well, let me go get that soccer ball eh?"
He walks off, wondering where it could have gone. Chibi, Mai's cute little pet dragon came out of the bushes, pushing the ball with his nose and walks up to Mai with it.
"Ai, Arigato Chibi-san."

Eiji glanced and blinked and he smiled happy that he had found the ball.

"Okay and oh!"

Eiji bended down to the dragon and he pointed to it as he looked to Sasuyuma.

"Does it bite?"

Mai looked shocked that Eiji would even think about Chibi biting people -even though Mai is the only person Chibi will actually bite when they get into fights or Chibi dosen't feel like he's getting enough attention.
"Chibi dosen't bite."
He smiles reassuringly as he ballances the ball on the top of his foot and stares at the white dragon.

Eiji looked shocked as he looked to the dragon even more shocked before asking another question.

"Aren't they bigger than this?"

Mai smiles nervously as he looks to the tiny -now fuming- Chibi.
"Well, Chibi prefers to stay in a smaller size. That and I prefer it but he can actually transform into a bigger size."

Eiji laughed.

"Wow! Then this makes the dragon cool!"

Eiji strecthed as he looked to Sasuyuma for he was standing now.

"I don't have a pet, my father is a bit well picky with pets."
